1.3. Door Return/RTO (Return to Origin): In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts or return to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may offer a refund or reshipment upon request.

2.1. Cancelled Orders: If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will be credited within 7 business days.

 

2.2. Door Return/RTO: If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or issue a refund upon your preference.
